The pressure of real-time inventory synchronization caused by offline verification of online orders, low efficiency of cross regional scheduling of maintenance services, and strong binding requirements between the points system and consumption scenarios. Traditional solutions typically use centralized databases, but faced with the distributed deployment requirements of 32 provincial agents nationwide, the latency and single point of failure risks of centralized architecture have become fatal flaws.
Our solution
We innovatively adopt blockchain+distributed caching technology to synchronize core transaction data across regional nodes through the Hyperledger Fabric framework. Inventory change information is confirmed globally within 50ms, and high-frequency access to store SKU data is cached through Redis Cluster, compressing inventory query response time from 1.2 seconds to 180ms. In the payment process, we integrated 8 payment channels including PayPal (cross-border), Alipay HK (Hong Kong, Macao, and Taiwan), and automatically selected the optimal channel through payment gateway routing algorithms, increasing the success rate of cross-border order payments from 83% to 99.6%.
